Booking & Overnight Stay Terms

These Booking & Overnight Stay Terms (“Terms”) apply to bookings for Energy Enhancement System (EES) sessions and any overnight stays offered through Cumberland Crest House Association (“CCH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, purchasing, scheduling, or participating in services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Not medical care; results vary
Services are wellness-oriented and are not medical or mental health care. CCH and the EESystem™ are not medical providers. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information provided (online, in writing, or verbally) is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Testimonials are not a guarantee of results.
2) Scheduling and arrival
Arrive 15 minutes early. Arriving late may shorten your session. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes after your start time, it may be treated as a no-show and charged in full, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
3) Booking, Cancellation, and rescheduling (appointments)
Booking is subject to availability. Because we reserve time and capacity, all sales are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or personal goals. Payment is due at the time of scheduling unless otherwise arranged in writing before the appointment. If you choose to end a session early, no refund or credit is provided for unused time.
Late cancellations/no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session and/or charges as described below. No-call/no-show appointments and appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Payments made by check will incur a $45.00 non-sufficient funds fee. For all future appointments, the client may be required to pay with the card on file.

4) Multi-session package use
Multi-session package purchases are non-refundable; they do not expire, and the sessions may be used by multiple people. Purchased packages are for daytime use and are not eligible for overnight sessions. Appointment cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows result in forfeiture of the scheduled time (the reserved hours are deducted from your Multi-session package hours).
5) Overnight stay rules
By booking an overnight stay, you agree to comply with the following house rules and instructions. Check-in is between 6:30 pm and 6:45 pm. Check-out is 7:00 am. Quiet hours are 10 pm-5 am. Inside the building and 15 feet beyond the entrances, there is no smoking, no vaping, no illegal substances, and respectful noise levels. Only paid occupants for the night are allowed to stay. No outside guests are allowed. The kitchen, bathroom, and common areas are available for client use. You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Additional fees may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or unauthorized guests.
6) Payments, processors, and disputes
Payments may be collected through our scheduling/CRM platform and processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full card numbers. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can work to resolve it. If a chargeback/dispute is filed, we may provide documentation of your booking, attendance, and acceptance of these Terms to the processor and/or your financial institution.
7) Conduct and safety
You agree to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. We may refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate. For shared spaces, please follow posted etiquette and any guidelines regarding phone/electronic use, noise, scents, and cleanliness.
8) Assumption of risk; limitation of liability
You voluntarily participate in services and assume all risks associated with your participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCH disclaims all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Services, and CCH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any liability, if found, will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent allowed by law.
9) Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by Arkansas law (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Any action relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, unless otherwise required by law.
