What We Think You Should Know
- ADA – Handicap: We offer a handicap accessible ramp and parking in the back of the house, along with a bathroom specifically designed with our handicap clients in mind. Please ask our staff for the access code to the back door.
- Electronics: Thank you for turning the volume off during your stay at Cumberland Crest House. If you are in the waiting area and need to take a call, please step outside so as to not disturb other clients in treatments.
- Professionalism: All our treatments are performed in a professional manner. Should a client intentionally behave in a manner less than professional, the client is responsible for payment of the full price of scheduled session and will not receive any treatment at that time. Rescheduling is at the therapist’s discretion.
- Privacy: The personal history and health forms completed, and discussions with the therapist, will remain completely confidential and will only be seen and used by the therapist to guide the direction of treatment.
- Responsibility: The therapists do not diagnose, prescribe or treat ailments ~ they merely bring attention to patterns and suggest foods, nutrients, homeopathy, essential oils, bodywork, and other healing elements that are known to be beneficial. All of the services provided are considered complimentary care and do not take the place of a physician’s care. Each client experiences these complimentary services under their own volition and accepts full responsibility for their total health.
- Hygiene: We strive to keep our house clean and fresh smelling all of the time. Some of our clients are sensitive to smells, dander, and fur. If you are one such person, let us know so we can help ensure your time with us is joyful. Thank you for being respectful of others by being conscious of your personal hygiene and excess odors.
