Michelle Lynray is a Neuro-Bio-Peace Facilitator, many of the treatments she offers relaxes the nervous system from flight, fight, freeze (sympathetic) into rest and digest (parasympathetic), which is where healing can more readily happen. It is a systematic approach, mapped over a 10-session series, to release the patterns of stress and impaired function in the body’s structure. Fascia is the neurological interconnected web of tissue the Advanced SI work will access, lengthen and reposition throughout the body, allowing for more flexibility, body mobility, and efficiency of the body’s energy.
A unique form of Brainspotting, bodyspotting uses the physical form to target specific inner parts of us held within the tension, spasms, or pain we experience. By holding a metal-tipped pointer on the point of pain, we listen. The curious mind then begins to learn the story of the physical creation. Truly powerful work that extends from the body into the heart, mind, energy presence of the client.
