EESystem Purchase Terms & Conditions

These Purchase Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of Energy Enhancement System (“EESystem”) sessions, packages, memberships, subscriptions and related services made through Cumberland Crest House Association (“CCH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether purchased online (including via Stripe), by phone, or in person.

By purchasing or booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1) Services Covered by These Terms

Your purchase may include one or more of the following (“Services”):

  • EESystem session time (e.g., 1-hour, 2-hour, 4-hour, overnight, etc.)

  • Multi-session hour purchases (e.g., 10hr, 20hr, 30hr, 60hr, etc.)

  • Memberships/subscriptions/specials (if offered)

  • Gift cards or gift certificates (if offered)

Important: Purchases on this page are for services and scheduled time, not medical treatment.

2) Medical Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)

CCH and the EESystem are not medical providers. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information provided (online, in writing, or verbally) is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You agree to consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns and to seek emergency help when needed.

3) Eligibility, Safety, and Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether the Services are appropriate for you. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking (including relevant limitations if requested)

  • Follow posted guidelines and staff instructions while on-site

  • Immediately notify staff if you feel unwell or need assistance

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use implanted/medical devices, we recommend that you consult your healthcare provider before booking.

4) Booking, Arrival, and Use of Purchased Time

Scheduling

Purchases may require scheduling in advance. Booking is subject to availability.

Arrival and Late Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled to avoid impacting other guests. Late arrival does not extend your end time.

No-Show

If you do not arrive for a scheduled session and do not cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy, it may be treated as a no-show and the session may be forfeited.

5) Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown at checkout where required.

Discounts, promotions, and bundles (if offered) cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and may have separate restrictions.

6) Payments, Stripe Checkout, and Chargebacks

We may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Provide current, complete, and accurate payment information

  • Authorize us (and our processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout

Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge (including by chargeback) without first contacting us to attempt resolution, we may suspend or cancel future bookings until resolved. We may provide documentation of your purchase, booking, communications, and these Terms to the payment processor.

7) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Our standard cancellation/rescheduling policy is:

  • Cancel/reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session.

  • Cancellations or changes made outside 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a 100% of the session, and the session may be forfeited.

  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.

8) Refund Policy (Sessions, Multi-Session Hours, Memberships)

Because we reserve time and capacity, all sales are non-refundable except where required by law.

All session purchases, packages, and add-ons are non-refundable once purchased. You may be eligible to reschedule per our cancellation policy.

Multi-Session Hours Rules 

  • Multi-session hour purchases may not be split among multiple people unless explicitly stated.

  • Multi-session hour purchases expire 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited.

Memberships/Subscriptions

  • Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis, monthly until canceled.

  • To avoid the next billing charge, cancel at least 10 days before your renewal date.

  • Membership fees already billed are non-refundable.

9) Overnight Stays

For overnight EESystem sessions at CCH, the following may apply:

  • Check-in: 6:45 pm | Check-out: 7:00 am

  • Quiet hours: 10 pm – 5 am

  • House rules: Inside the building and beyond entrances by 15 feet – no smoking, no vaping, no illegal substances, and respectful noise levels.

  • Guests: Not allowed

  • Security deposit (if any): None

  • Damages: Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the posted on-site rules, the more specific overnight rule will control.

10) Conduct, Safety, and Right to Refuse Service

To maintain a safe environment, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward staff and other guests.

We reserve the right to refuse or end service (without refund) if a guest:

  • Harasses or threatens staff/guests

  • Appears intoxicated or is under the influence of illegal substances

  • Violates house rules or creates safety concerns

  • Damages property or interferes with operations

11) Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that participation in wellness services involves inherent risks and that individual results vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CCH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • CCH’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12) Personal Items and Property

You are responsible for your personal belongings. CCH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

13) Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Are redeemable only as specified at purchase

  • Are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law

  • May expire only where permitted by law

14) Testimonials and Results

If you provide feedback, testimonials, or reviews, you agree they may be used for marketing purposes in a non-identifying way unless you provide explicit permission to use your name/image. You may request removal of a testimonial by contacting us.

15) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy: Viewable HERE.
Payment details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers except as needed for transaction records.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

17) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, unless otherwise required by law.
